There are two 2.5km long lakes, the main lake is set up with 9 rows of buoys allowing for 10 lanes, the return lake has two rows of buoys to create an avenue.
There are 400 acres of private estate consisting of controllable roads, grass fields, meadows and woodland. The inner estate roads can be blocked off so great for filming car adverts, private testing, vehicle launches and promotions.
Several car parks on site available as a unit base and there is water-based support via safety boat hire with a fully qualified driver.
The club house has several function rooms, toilets and industrial kitchens.
The estate offers learn-to-row training for actors & crew.
