This windmill that dates back to the 1790's was a working flour mill until 1880 when it was converted into a chapel. Reigate & Banstead Borough Council bought it off the golf course next door (LOC5816) to help with its maintenance and replaced its four sails, each 65 ft long and 8ft wide.
