Two levels at a multi-storey car park (for the whole building see location 5740). Level 7 of the Multi Story Car Park is converted into a characterful classic car dealership. The bottom level (7,500 sq ft) consists of a Coffee Shop, Office and Showroom for cars and motorbikes, which can stay or be removed. The top level (7,500 sq ft) is predominantly car storage but also a detailer and workshop where we can remove all of the cars if required.
