Grade II listed early 18th century Water Tower building sited in the grounds of Carshalton House in Surrey. It contains a suite of rooms, the elegant Orangery, Saloon, a roof terrace, and a splendid early 18th century bathroom with a tile lined deep plunge bath. The restored remains of a water wheel can be seen within the Pump Chamber, making this a unique location. There is also the surrounding garden featuring the Hermitage, a garden folly which is also grade II listed, and a mid-18th century rustic Bridge over the (usually dry) lake.
