This Victorian style train station was originally opened in 1885 and had extensive alterations in 1937. The station buildings were extended using similar materials to blend in the original 1885 look. The passenger station, goods shed and locomotive facilities have since been restored to their 1937 configuration. Steam and diesel trains are also available for hire.
