12,000 acres of arable land used for barley, wheat, carrots, potatoes and sugar beet. There are several private roads and the property extends all the way to the sea (although there is no beach). There is a small lime quarry, woods, off-road tracks, a variety of fields, many outbuildings and farming machinery/equipment. There is also a nearby blacksmith.
